Salvation is provided In completion by God through His grace for His glory alone. He provided for our redemption by the shed blood of His only begotten son, Jesus Christ. (John 3:16) It is the whole and complete work of God, not of man, lest we have something of which to boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9) Salvation is a miraculous transaction in which our sinfulness is exchanged for Christ's righteousness, thus putting us in right standing with God. It is a simple, almost unbelievable work of the Holy Spirit that offers forgiveness for our sins; past, present and future.

First, you must admit that you are a sinner in need of a savior
No one is in right relationship with God.
10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: (Romans 3:10)
All have sinned and fallen short of God's mark.
23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;(Romans 3:23)
Second,  you must realize the penalty of sin is spiritual death
23  For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 6:23)
Third, you must understand God loves you and has provided a payment for the penalty of sin
Jesus is God's Son and came to save us
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish,                                       but have everlasting life.17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world
through him might be saved. (John 3:16-17)
Fourth, you must believe and confess your faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
Believe that Jesus died on a cross for our sins, and was buried, and rose three days later that you might have eternal life
Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord of your life
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him
                     from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness;
and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9-10)
Fifth, be baptized
Tell the pastor that you believe and be baptized
16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. (Mark 16:16)
If today you have made the decision to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior I would love to rejoice with you. I would be honored if you would come on Sunday morning and tell me about your decision. I will pray with you and guide you through learning more about salvation and help you understand what comes next.
